Petersburg, Russia, will take place on Tuesday at the Court of Basmanny District in Moscow, according to Russian state news agencyVesti. Russian Authorities detained Trepova, 26, claiming she was involved in the explosion that killed well-known military blogger Vladlen Tatarsky at a cafe on St. Petersburg on Sunday.

Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's ambassador to the UN, dismissed concerns that Russia could become president of the Security Council in April during the ongoing war in Ukraine. He said there were no complaints in February 2022 when Russia was the last president of the council, when Russia invaded and pointed out that the US was president of the council in 2003 — the year that Iraq was invaded.

Russia took over the presidency of the UN's top security body on Saturday, which rotates every month. Newly published Video shows the moments leading up to the explosion that killed Russian military journalist Vladen Tartovsky in a cafe in St Petersburg on Sunday. Tatarsky died when an explosion occurred in the cafe where he was performing as a guest of a pro-war group called Cyber Front Z.

Previous Russianmedia reports suggested that Tatarsky may have been killed by a device hidden inside a statue given to him by a woman before the explosion. The 25-second video shows Tartovsky putting the statuette given to him at the event into a box after giving the microphone to another man. He put the statue back in the box and covered it with wrapping paper.

When he pressed the paper, an explosion occurred.
